We MC @ WWE!

Friday, June 6th, 2008

One of our good buddies, Chuck Palumbo, has purchased products to build one-off-choppers for several top shelf clients. We went to see him wrestle at Wells Fargo arena in May.

To set the scene for you, Chuck ended up losing to Finley because the little leprechaun buddy of his named Hornswoggle spit green paint in Chuck’s face and Finley followed with a whack to Palumbo’s skull with the shillelagh. He couldn’t see to finish so got pinned!

Here is a bit about Chuck off the WWE site:

Afterwords, the whole crew, along with Palumbo and wrestler Chavo Guerrero went for dinner and drinks.

During Smackdown, Undertaker beat Guerrero with a tombstone piledriver. After “la familia” tried to administer a post-match beat down to Undertaker, Kane hit the ring to assist Undertake. Undertaker hit a choke slam on Edge and Kane hit another tombstone on Chavo. (Play by play courtesy of

Passing Of An MC Family Member

Friday, February 22nd, 2008

Chris Willadsen, 55, died suddenly on February 18, 2008 at his workplace.

He was born on September 26, 1952 in Storm Lake, Iowa and was the youngest of three sons born to William and Doris (Kepler) Willadsen. He moved with his family to West Des Moines in 1955 and was a West Des Moines resident for the rest of his life. Chris graduated from Valley High School in 1970 and attended DMACC and Northwest Missouri State University. He was employed with MC Advantages of Grimes, Iowa. He was an active member of St. Timothy’s Church where he served as a youth mentor and offering counter. Chris’ generous spirit and humourous ways were well known. He enjoyed leading youth group events and playing outfield for the Saints Softball Team. A wonderful example of God’s love at work in the world, Chris was always willing to lend a helping hand wherever he could. Chris was a loving son, brother and father. His devotion to his family and friends set him apart and endeared him to those who knew him. His love for his parents and brothers was only exceeded by that for his two sons. Chris was so proud of “my two boys”, and dedicated his life to their well being. No man could ask for a better testament to a life well lead. He loved annual trips to the NCAA Wrestling Championships with his brothers and father. But above all else, Chris enjoyed games, activities and just “goofing around” with his sons.

He will be missed by his parents; sons, David and Daniel and their mother, Michelle; brothers, Rick (Kathie) and Dennis (Ellen); niece, Amy (Greg) Bocken and their children, Mathew, Patrick and Connor; niece, Lisa (Joe) Lalisan and their children, Melissa and Joshua and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Eucharistic Services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, February 23, 2008 at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church, 24th and Ashworth Road, West Des Moines with The Reverend Mary Cole-Duvall officiating.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 21, 2008 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials contributions will be used for a scholarship fund for his boys or can be made to The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
